constructive feedbacks

I am little worried about giving constructive feed backs.
Giving feedbacks without hurting the person is very important.
Importantly we should not discourage them .
I have tried this little example on my own while I was cooking...
Lets say I am in a house of my friend as a visitor. She gave me good food and all. Actually speaking she is new to cooking , she love to cook. But on day it was not that good , too much salt in her food.
She ask me for feedback; how do I say it .
I cant just say too much salt in ur food. Because I know how much effort she have put in.
I have tried several ways on my own.
1) Food is really nice , It would be better if you could reduce salt a bit.
2)Too much salt in your food, but it is good.
3)You should be bit careful on putting salt next time


........ still I cannot feel what is good one ...

Me Learning PHP

I am  nowadays doing my course work on php, which is a new language for me.

I find it is really easy to learn and so much of help out there in web .

Dynamic list binding in Spring Webflow

I had enough problem in binding a dynamic list with Spring Mvc.
I found the following one is fine.

But , Now i am with webflow,But I know still its the same.
I am working on it, will figure out whether it is correct
.... hoping to write more on it.

IE in fedora 8.

I had some problem in installing IE in my fedora 8.
But this time i succeed.
Types these in command line :)
1) su
2)yum install wine
3) yum -y install cabextract
4) wget http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux/downloads/ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
5)tar zxvf ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
6)cd ies4linux-2.99.0.1/
7) ./ies4linux

Thata all...
Now works fine;
